Product Description
Author: Clayton M. Christensen
Uncomfortable. Intimidating. That's how many people describe member missionary work. Clayton Christensen admits that he and his wife, Christine, felt that way in the past too. But they also recognized the tremendous blessings associated with the work, and they wanted to learn how to share the gospel in ways that would be natural and rewarding. Clayton's expertise as an innovator kicked in, and he set out with friends and family members to find a more effective approach to member missionary work. Their refreshing perspectives are presented in this book, which includes inspiring, unusual stories that demonstrate the effectiveness of the ideas. Chances are, you'll discover you're already doing a lot of the things mentioned, and with just a little tweak here and there, you'll be sharing the gospel naturally as part of your everyday interactions. Along the way, you'll feel the deep joy that comes from helping others discover the most precious blessing in the world: the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The BEST book on member missionary work
In my opinion, this is by far the best book I have ever read about sharing the gospel. I have bought and shared several copies and will buy more in the future. The more it is read, I expect this book to make a significant difference, not only in the growth of the Church, but also in the retention of those who choose to accept and live the Gospel. I am trying to learn and practice the principles in this book. If I love God, I must also love what He loves. And He loves His children, all of them. And if I have a testimony, I must share what I know with those I love. And to do it well, I must do it under His guidance. This book helps me much in this effort.

This is a game changer
Leave it to the world's expert in disruptive technologies (things like ipod and iphone) to change the entire world of missionary work. It's a TOTAL game-changer. For example he shows why it cannot be against business/employment policy to share the gospel any more than they can prohibit discussions of politics or sports at work. Then he walks you through how to talk to your co-workers, even up to the CEO, about the principles of the gospel which are really principles of pure truth. Times this example by 10 and you start to get an idea of just how amazing this book is. If you read this book, you will never be the same.

This book is a life changer
This book has changed the way I look at the responsibility EVERY member has to share the gospel and, even more importantly, has told me HOW to do it. It gives the specifics of how to share the gospel -- something I've always thought was missing from lessons given on Sundays.
