About the Author: Sierra Wilson is an author/illustrator who currently lives in Alberta, Canada, with her husband and three children. Her first picture book, The Atonement of Jesus Christ Is for Me, was released in September 2018 by Cedar Fort. Sierra has always loved teaching and working with children and previously worked as a high school history and English teacher, a children’s community art teacher, and a tutor. She has a degree in international relations from Brigham Young University and a degree in English education from Utah Valley University.
About the Illustrator: Emily Shay Tueller is a freelance illustrator based in Cedar Hills, Utah. Her artwork has found its way into thousands of homes throughout the world. Emily has a unique approach in blending digital, whimsical, and fine art. She is mom to three kids under the age of five, home being quite the ruckus. Fantastic Stories of Faith from Around the World
This book is a great addition to our gospel library. Our kids ages 8, 7 and 4 were interested in the stories and asking for the next one. Each person's experiences in this book testify of gospel principles and help to strengthen my own testimony. I really loved the page about Orson Hyde and his journey to Israel. My kids marveled at the number of days he traveled to fulfill prophecy and follow the prophet. The illustrations lead my daughters to ask more questions as well and helped them choose which story to read.
