About Product: This book explains the space between spiritual health and mental health. Other books discuss one or the other, so generally Latter-day Saints who want to understand depression and their spirituality are left with no resource. I try to give the reader recent findings about their brains and definitions of their spiritual selves to help them connect the two and understand their feelings and unrest.
